Plain English, no fine-print games. Here's what we collect, why we collect it, and the one thing we'll never do: sell your information.
Last updated: July 2026. This policy covers usapublishinghouse.com and the services of USA Publishing House, 6010 Singleton Rd, STE 213-109, Norcross, GA 30093.
We only collect what we need to talk with you and publish your book.
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business — payment processors that handle your secure invoice, the platforms your book publishes to, and the advertising tools named above. Each one gets only what it needs to do its job.
We never sell your personal information. Not to list brokers, not to "partners," not to anyone. Your manuscript stays confidential too — an NDA is available on request, and nothing publishes without your written approval.
You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works fine. To limit ad personalization directly, use Google's Ads Settings and Meta's Ad Preferences pages. Blocking these doesn't affect our service to you in any way.
It's your information. At any time you can ask us to:
Email info@usapublishinghouse.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line, or call (229) 518-4453 between 1pm and 11pm ET, any day of the week. We respond within two business days.
Payments run through secure, encrypted invoicing — we don't store your full card number. Manuscripts and client files are kept on access-controlled systems and shared only with the team members working on your book.
We publish children's books, but our website and services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. We won't quietly weaken your protections.
Ask a person, not a portal. Call (229) 518-4453, email info@usapublishinghouse.com, or write to USA Publishing House, 6010 Singleton Rd, STE 213-109, Norcross, GA 30093. Curious how we work before you share anything? Start with how it works or our honest guide to publishing costs.
